With the Reporting Dashboard, administrators can access an overview of all the essential data within their organization. For example, you can:

  • View the number of active maps, their visibility (public or private), and key details like the number of layers within them and their creation dates.
  • Access individual maps directly via links, eliminating the need to navigate back and forth.

For organizations that utilize the Project Dashboard, the Reporting Dashboard brings additional value. Admins can:

  • Monitor the total number of projects, their status, and metrics such as time and cost upon completion.
  • Dive deeper into project data, including associated work orders and recurring schedules, using the separate Project Dashboard.

As projects continue to expand as a core feature of iamGIS, the Reporting Dashboard ensures admins will have the robust tools necessary to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Comprehensive Work Order Tracking

Work orders are the heart of many organizations' processes, and the Reporting Dashboard offers two levels of insight into them:

  1. Standard Fields: View basic information like the name, status, start date, and completion date of work orders.

Admins can also toggle between these views for a deeper dive into the data added by field users.

  • 3D Facility Scans: For organizations with 3D scans of their facilities, the dashboard offers direct access to these scans without the need to open individual maps.
