User Groups

User groups allow you to manage your security permissions and work order assignments more easily and efficiently.

This feature is for Admins Only

Admins can create a named group on the account page and attach as many (or few) users to that group as they'd like. In doing so, that group can then be used to assign security permissions and/or work orders, effectively applying those security permissions and/or work orders to all of the users of that group. This can make managing many users much easier and more efficient, especially as users come and go or if you have a large user base with similar needs for many of them.
