Reporting Dashboard

View Map and Work Order information as well as Updated assets in the Reporting Dashboard.

From the Dashboard, Select the Chart Icon in the top left corner of the home page.

Select A Report - At the top of the Dashboard page, clicking on Select A Report will give the option to select between Asset, Asset History, Work Orders, and Work Orders History. 

  • Selecting one of the options opens a table view. This view allows you to view all the attribute fields of those assets or work orders.
  • View the last time the asset or work order was updated in the last 30 days, 90 days, or year to date.
  • Selecting any specific asset or work order will open the map of that asset and the feature details window. Allowing the user to make the necessary update. 

Pinned Assets - Pinned Assets shows assets that you've favorited in one of your organization's maps.  

  • To Pin an asset, go into the map and select the asset you want to view on the reporting dashboard. Select the asset, opening the feature details window. Click on the three dots and click favorite. This will add the feature to the pinned asset window. 
  • Back on the reporting page, you'll see the most recent asset that was pinned. Select the asset to enter the map and open the feature details window. 

Asset Updates - Asset Updates shows the number of assets that have had any update that have been completed in the last 30 days. 

  • By clicking on View All, admins can view the assets that have been updated in the last 30 days, 90 days, or year to date. 
  • The table view shows the asset and details of that asset. 
    • Who it was created by
    • Which layer it's in
    • The new and previous value
    • and more
  • Clicking on any of the assets will open the map and the feature details of that particular asset. 

Active Work Orders - Shows how many active work orders have been created across all maps within an organizations account.

  • Selecting View All opens the Active Work Order window. View all Active work orders in a list view. Selecting one will open the map it can be found and open the feature details window. 

Completed Work Orders - Shows the total amount of work orders that have been completed in the last week. 

Upcoming Work Orders - Shows the number of New, Active, and Pending work orders throughout your organization's maps. 

  • Selecting View All opens a list view of all upcoming work orders. selecting one will open the map it can be found and open the feature details window. 

Past Due Work Orders - Shows the total amount of outstanding work orders across your organization. These are work orders that have not been updated to complete by the time of their due date. 

  • Selecting View All opens a list view of all past due work orders. Selecting one will open the map that work order can be found in and open the feature details window. 
  • In the State drop-down field, marking the work order as complete will remove the work order from the number of past due work orders found in the Reporting Dashboard. 

Facilities - Shows an overview of your facility management. Will show the number of buildings you have created within your organization as well as links to the 3D showcase of buildings that have been linked to the respected building. 

Project Cost - Will show the total spend and average cost of projects. This can also be viewed from the Project Dashboard. 

  • The Project Cost can be included in work orders through the Project Dashboard.
