Project Dashboard Overview

Provide a comprehensive view of larger tasks and objectives.

This is for ADMINS who have purchased Project Dashboard Only

Project Dashboard

Create A Report - At the top of the Dashboard page, clicking on the New Project + button will allow you to create a new project.  This will allow you to name the project and give it a description and set a due date. These fields are required

  • Status field - Allows you to update the status of the project from new to active, pending and completed. The Icon next to the project name will update colors as the status is changed.
    • If the project is not marked completed by the due date, the project will be marked overdue. 
  • Assign a project to yourself or to another admin within your organization to make sure projects are in the right hands.  

Add Recurring Schedule - A recurring schedule allows for the Project to be recreated weekly, monthly, or yearly. 

  • Start Date - Select a date and time you would like your project to recur and appear as a new project in your Project Dashboard
  • End Date - Select a date and time you would like your project to stop appearing as a new project. If there is no end date set, the project will continue based off the repeating schedule
  • Repeat - Select how often this project is recurring. By selecting the drop down arrows allows you to set how often it appears as a new project in the dashboard. Select from weekly, monthly and yearly. 
  • Click save when complete. 

View/Edit Project Details

From an Project Dashboard, select the View/Edit Details button to update and edit and existing project. 

Work Orders - Attach work orders that have been created from the dashboard and from your organization's maps.

  • Under No Work Orders, Click the + button to attach an existing work order. Use the search bar to type in the work order's title. The work order will not be attached to the project. 
    • Once Work Orders are attached, they will be listed in the work orders tab. Allowing you to click on each one individually and open up the work order window where you can see the full description. 
  • Task - Create task, that can be checked off so the project meter can be full indicting 100% completion.  
    • Click the + sign to create a new task.
    • When the check box next to the task has been checked, a completion bar will appear letting you know the precent until complete. 

Note: You can manually move a "Project" to a "Complete" Status even if some Tasks are Incomplete. A Project will automatically moved to a "Complete" Status once all Work Orders & all Tasks are completed.

 

Calendar View

Calendar View allows you to view all current work orders and when they are due. Allowing you to click on each and open up the work order detail window. Calendar view

 

Project Report 

At a glance, view a project's recent activity and the timeline of when that project is expected to be completed. View how many projects are currently Past due, active, completed, etc. All projects are color coded so the user can understand what needs addressed first.
