Tags allow you to add an identifying piece of information to this layer that can be used elsewhere in the software to more easily control multiple layers in this map.
Tags allow you to add an identifying piece of information to this layer that can be used elsewhere in the software to more easily control multiple layers in this map. For example, if you add the same tag to multiple layers, you can then more easily show or hide all of the layers with that tag on the map with the click of one button (vs each individual layer with that tag).
Layer Groups
View your tagged layers as groups. Showing each layer as a sub layer of the tag.
Once tags are set within layer settings, you'll see in your layer list a tab for groups.
Select groups to view your layers based off of their tag. Expand the group to view all layers with that tag. Allowing you to turn off all layers by their group or individually.
